What do you miss most about your country of origin?
Being here in London makes me miss Romania’s fresh air and wide open spaces. As much as I love the energy of this international city, I find myself longing for lazy summer days back home, breathing in the crisp mountain air and taking long walks through the countryside. The slower pace of life, the familiar faces of childhood friends, and the unpaved streets I’ve known my whole life are the things that pull at my heartstrings when I think of home. I’m so grateful for this opportunity to live abroad, but a part of me will always cherish the serenity I left behind in Romania.
