It’s been a busy period running Yozu’s latest appraisals, and it’s provided a great opportunity to review the progress of our whole team

Yozu’s engineers, designers, QA testers, project managers, product owners – and everyone in between – have really impressed with their levelling-up of capabilities after delivering on all fronts to our clients.

Consequentially, we are delighted to announce a number of promotions to recognise the hard work and dedication shown by the people that make Yozu such a productive business and a great place to work.

Naomi Smith steps up to become a Senior Software Engineer 🥳

After joining a new client project team in 2023, Naomi has really excelled not only in her development skills, but also her ability to lead and work well with the wider team – a very deserved promotion is the result and we’re delighted to see Naomi’s progress!

Matt Page is now a Mid-Level Software Engineer 😎

In a relatively short period of time, Matt has excelled as an engineer and has rose to every challenge – including presenting his work to our whole team at All Hands. Well done Matt!

Sinko Mutambo is now a Mid-Level Software Engineer 💪

Sinko has worked on a number of projects during his time at Yozu and impresses everyone with his work ethic and dedication – as well as being a reliable team member. We wish Sinko well as he moves up to mid-level.

Joe Hibbert is now a Programme Manager 😎

Joe has worked tirelessly to support key projects at Yozu, and he now formalises his responsibilities with a step up into a new role overseeing our direct delivery of all projects. Well done Joe!

Ry Anderson is now a Senior Software Engineer 🥳

Ry took Yozu by storm when they joined the company, by excelling at everything asked of them – culminating in a key position on one of our highest-profile client projects. We’re really pleased that Ry has now attained Senior Engineer level and we believe the future is bright!

Anthony Leung steps up to become a Senior Software Engineer 💪

Anthony has worked across multiple projects since joining the company and his experience and skill set has seen him become a highly-dependable member of the team. He thoroughly deserves his promotion and we wish him well.
