Celebrating Longevity At Yozu

We recently reflected on the end of 2024 and how long we’ve been working together as a team.

In doing so, we realised that so many of our engineers, designers, testers and project managers have clocked up some significant longevity working on our client projects!

It’s a real source of pride that we have been able to grow as a team together – and through tough periods such as the COVID pandemic as well as some great times too. We’ve matured as a group, built up a ton of experience, delivering so much value to our clients – many of which are long-term partners too.

We’ve also had an incredible amount of new team members start with us over the last couple of years who have only added to the talent, capability and culture of the business… and they are all welcome additions!

The Numbers

We’ve deduced that:

• 40% of the team have been with us for 2-4 years
• 27% have worked here between 5-7 years
• 16% have been with us for 8 years or more!

Not bad going as we enter our 12th year of trading!
