Meet Joseph Hibbert, our new Business Analyst here at Yozu! We had a quick catch-up with Joseph to find out a little more about him and his experience of Yozu so far…

What was it that appealed to you about working at Yozu?

My first time in the office for the trial day was a really nice experience. Everyone was really friendly and welcoming, and even though it was a trial day, it really made you feel like you were experiencing your first, ‘real’ day with the company.

Could you describe your experience of Yozu’s hiring process?

I genuinely enjoyed the recruitment process with Yozu, especially the trial day. It was my first experience of a trial day and gave me a good feel of the environment that I would be working in. It also allowed me to showcase what I could bring to the team, which is sometimes difficult to convey in a traditional interview. Overall, it was a really great experience and the format really worked!

How has your first month at Yozu been?

My first month has been amazing. I have already experienced so much with the team members that I’m working with, the clients I’ve been introduced to, and the projects I’ve started to work on. I already feel like I’m part of the team.

What do you hope to achieve at Yozu?

I hope to expand my knowledge within a Business Analyst role; further develop my skills by working on some dynamic projects; and help to build up relationships & processes internally that will support the business. I also hope to be part of a really great team helping each other to progress and move forward. Though I feel like the latter is already happening!

What would you say to anybody who wants to join the Yozu team?

I would highly recommend it. Not only do you work with some really friendly and welcoming people, you’re also instantly motivated by the passion and innovation of the work that’s being done at Yozu.
